How much does a pool cost?

Generally, a pool will vary in cost directly proportional to the degree of difficulty building it and cost of materials. But for a quick calculation you may use $350/square foot as a starting point. Please note, this is a baseline cost. We try to customize it to fit your budget.

By comparison, a spa may cost a bit more per square foot than a pool. Please note that a spa may seem smaller but it is a bit more complex and often takes a few more tasks to complete than does a pool.

And a pond generally takes the least amount of time but due to the large variety of pond types this is often a cost estimated per each custom pond project.

How soon can we begin?

We may begin immediately. There are a few preliminary activities that are required in each jurisdiction, but we can help manage such requirements.

Otherwise, we can begin as soon as a contract is executed.

How is the biling process structured?

For larger projects lasting longer than one month, we offer per-progress billing. And we are willing to work with you to help meet your budget.
